WAR-2 — AI-Powered Visual Dubbing & Lip-Sync System (NeuralGarage)
WAR-2 is a Bollywood movie that was visual-dubbed and lip-synced using NeuralGarage’s VisualDub AI platform. The system replaces spoken dialogue with translated audio and generates realistic lip movements so the dubbed language matches mouth motion, emotion, and timing.
Contributions: Designed and implemented Python-based processing pipelines for video/audio handling; integrated PyTorch models for lip movement prediction; used NumPy for frame-level feature vectors, audio-video alignment matrices, and coordinate transformations; built and optimized data pre-processing for feature extraction and frame sequencing; collaborated with ML and product teams to validate sync accuracy.
